Code Of Conduct

Effective Date: January

2025

Memories After, we are committed to fostering a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment where every person feels valued, respected, and heard. Our Code of Conduct is rooted in four guiding principles: Equality, Respect, Compassion, and Integrity.

Equality

Every person has inherent worth and dignity. We welcome all voices without bias, prejudice, or judgment, and ensure every perspective is acknowledged fairly.

Respect

Respect is reflected in how we engage with one another—listening actively, disagreeing without hostility, and valuing differences as opportunities to learn and grow.

Compassion

We meet every conversation with empathy and care. Our community is a space where grief, loss, and healing can be expressed without fear of shame, blame, or criticism.

Integrity

We are truthful, kind, and mindful in our interactions, striving to uplift others and protect the safety and trust of the community.

Respect and Empathy in All Interactions

  • Speak with kindness, honesty, and care.

  • Listen without judgment and offer encouragement where possible.

  • Recognize that every journey is unique; respond with understanding, not comparison.
